Steiner Ranch Amenities are the hottest ticket in the Four Points Area!
To make a reservation please choose from two convenient options:
- Visit our office – stop by our office to complete the reservation form.
- Online – download the reservation form, and email the completed form to steiner@alamomg.com.
You will be required to drop off both your reservation fee and deposit, payable to SRMA in the form of a check or money order, at the Towne Square Office in order for your reservation to be finalized.
Amenities available for reservation:
Towne Square Community Center (TSCC)
Amenities:
Indoor party room (27’x 52’), full kitchen, restrooms, approximately (15-6 ft) banquet tables, (7-8 ft) banquet tables (9-5 ft) round tables, (130) chairs
CAPACITY: Maximum of (80) seated, (100) standing
FEES: $70 per hour | $300 deposit
A reservation entitles to exclusive use of the TSCC.
Bella Mar Community Center (BMCC)
Amenities:
Indoor party room (26’x 26’), full kitchen, restrooms, approximately (7-6 ft) banquet tables, (2- 8 ft) banquet tables (7- 5 ft) round tables, (70) chairs, front porch (4) tables and (16) chairs, back porch (3) bar tables, and (12) bar chairs
CAPACITY: Maximum of (40) indoors
FEES: $50 per hour | $300 deposit
A reservation entitles to exclusive use of the BMCC.
Towne Square Pavilion
Amenities:
(9) tables and (36) chairs
FEES:
$50 per hour | $150 deposit
A reservation entitles the resident to exclusive use of the TS Pavilion.
Bella Mar Pavilion
Amenities:
(12) tables and (48) chairs
FEES:
$50 per hour | $150 deposit
A reservation entitles the resident to exclusive use of the BM Pavilion.
Lake Club Pavilion
Amenities:
(4) barbeque grills, basketball court, day-slips for boats, restrooms, playground, covered pavilion area, (6) picnic tables. Public boat launch next to the Lake Club.
FEES: $50.00 per hour | $150.00 deposit
A reservation guarantees exclusive use of 4 picnic tables under the covered pavilion area. The remainder of the Lake Club is available for general use.
Athletic fields

In addition, all fields have a playground area located next to them
Please note that fields are reserved for teams during the league season.
John Simpson Pool Pavilion
The John Simpson amenities are open to all SRROA and Steiner Ranch Master Association members. Members can reserve the pavilion at the John Simpson Pool by following the instructions on the SRROA website.
