All of the Community Centers and Pavilions are available for residents to use at reasonable rates. Reservations are required at least one 1 week in advance of your requested date.

Maximum of (40) indoors
FEES:
$50 per hour | $300 deposit
Entitlements:
A reservation entitles the resident to exclusive use of the Bella Mar Community Center.
PAVILION
Amenities:
Covered outdoor area, tables and chairs, restrooms.
FEES:
$50 per hour | $150 deposit
Entitlements:
A reservation entitles the resident to exclusive use of the Bella Mar Pavilion.

Towne Square
COMMUNITY CENTER (TSCC)

Indoor party room (27’x 52’), full kitchen, restrooms, approximately (10-6 ft) banquet tables, (10-5 ft) round tables, (80) chairs.

Maximum of (80) seated, (100) standing

$70 per hour | $300 deposit
Entitlements:
A reservation entitles the resident to exclusive use of the Towne Square Community Center.
PAVILION
Amenities:
Covered outdoor area, tables and chairs, restrooms.
FEES:
$50 per hour | $150 deposit
Entitlements:
A reservation entitles the resident to exclusive use of the Towne Square Pavilion.

Lake Club
PAVILION
Amenities:
(4) barbeque grills, basketball court, day-slips for boats, restrooms, playground, covered pavilion area, (6) picnic tables.
Public boat launch next to the Lake Club.
FEES:
$50.00 per hour | $150.00 deposit
Entitlements:
A reservation guarantees exclusive use of 4 picnic tables under the covered pavilion area. The remainder of the Lake Club is available for general use.
FURNITURE:
Available for any location in the storage room (pick up and return required). $150.00 deposit. Approximately (3-6ft) rectangle tables, (27) chairs.
