Lake Club Clarification

Dear Residents,

The HOA office have been
receiving multiple calls and emails concerning a social media posting about the
sale or the rezoning from commercial to residential of the Steiner Ranch Lake

The Steiner Ranch HOA Board
would like everyone to know that no change of ownership or change in zoning for
any part of the Lake Club property owned by the HOA is happening or is being
planned. The application submitted by Taylor Woodrow Communities and
circulating on social media is to have a small portion of property
that Taylor Woodrow Communities owns rezoned into a larger portion and turned
to residential.

Taylor Woodrow Communities sold
the Lake Club property to the Steiner Ranch HOA in 2016. The sale included
the building, docks, water rights, and unimproved dirt parking lots. In the
sale they retained a small piece by the bend in the road to improve access to a
much larger track of land they own. This small piece is what they are changing
from commercial to residential. The HOA never owned this piece of property and
has no input into its development.

In fact, the SRMA has made a
substantial investment in dock repairs, upgrading the bathrooms, landscaping
and soon-to-be new signage at the Lake Club. We encourage residents of the
HOA to use and enjoy the facility. Any questions can be directed to board@steinerranchhoa.org.

Lastly, the Steiner Ranch Boards
and staff would like to encourage residents that at any time you may have
questions or concerns to please contact the HOA staff or Board directly to
confirm the information prior to posting on social media.

Best Regards

The SRMA BOD & the Steiner
Ranch HOA staff
